Sunday

After a relaxing breakfast, we’ll go to one of the most beautiful towns in Andalucía: Ronda. You will have an opportunity to take some snaps of the jaw-dropping “Puente Nuevo” (New Bridge) which crosses a 120m gorge. The views from the bridge are beautiful and the views of the bridge (from the bottom) are equally spectacular. You will also have a chance to explore the old bull ring which includes a museum of bull fighting in Spain.
After a lazy lunch in Ronda, we’ll continue to Seville, perhaps in time for Sangria. You will have the evening at leisure.

Accommodation: San Gil

Monday

Today will be full of cultural immersion and by the end of it (if you don’t already) you’ll probably be speaking Spanish as naturally as the locals. We will go to a small village on the outskirts of Seville where you can partake in a traditional cookery class. You’re able to actually go into a local’s kitchen (don’t worry, they’ll have been warned beforehand) and they will teach you some authentic Spanish recipes. Be sure to pack your Spanish dictionary.

After a hearty lunch with your host, we’ll return to Seville to do a tour of one of the largest Cathedrals in Europe and the Alcazar.

Assuming lunch hasn’t finished you off, this evening you’ll be able to explore Seville and perhaps wander into a Tapas bar, or two.

Accommodation: San Gil

Tuesday

This morning we’ll pick you up from your hotel in Seville and head towards the to the laid-back town of Córdoba. En route however, we will stop off at a local olive oil farm. There will be a tour of the olive groves and plenty of information about the different types of olive oils and how they are made. You will then be invited to do some olive oil tastings and, of course, into a little gift shop.

After checking into your hotel in Córdoba, we’ll go to visit the Mezquita, the Synagogue and the Jewish quarter.

Evening at leisure.

Accommodation: NH Guadalquivir

Wednesday

After a relaxed morning and breakfast in Córdoba, we’ll go to Granada where you’ll have the rest of the day free to explore the beautiful town.

In the evening, there is the option of being transferred to an exciting area of Granada known as Sacromonte. This area is well known for its Flamenco and gypsy culture. The evening will involve a tour around the area, dinner and a Flamenco show in a traditional cave.

Accommodation: Urban Dream Granada

Thursday

Today we’ll do a guided tour of the Alhambra & Generalife gardens. This will take most of the morning and will involve a fair bit of walking around the beautiful Moorish architecture.

You’ll have the rest of the day at leisure.

Friday

After checking out, we’ll move back towards Málaga where you can spend the rest of the day exploring some of the museums, relaxing, eating or drinking. We’ll all go out for a farewell dinner.
